This comment was not random in front of a Q&A this was in a news RELEASE. No lawyer would allow their client to include this in their press release...NO WAY unless they have clear evidence to back this up :
“The Company will welcome its day in court where we are confident the truth will prevail and the motives behind those who supported this outcome will be exposed.”
Right,
and you want to tell us that these famous cases, didn't have lawyers that review these statements?
Sam Bankman-Fried from FTX:
“I didn’t ever try to commit fraud on anyone,” Bankman-Fried said. “I saw it as a thriving business and I was shocked by what happened this month.” Sam Bankman-

One of the biggest financial frauds in modern history is that of Enron.
Michael Anderson from the FBI wrote, that after he was indicted, Jeffrey skilling’s wrote to the Houston Chronicle article t "The Fall of Enron / Skilling Feeling the Heat.” , : “I did not and do not expect to be indicted. I committed no crime while I was at Enron and no one told me they were committing a crime. I believe in the American criminal justice system.”https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/reminiscing-15th-anniversary-indictment-arrest-enron-michael-e-
Did you read the study that I quoted by the SEC? Statements of innocence are actually quite common and one of the primary tactics used by those who have committed fraud. I don't think you can use that as an example or support for the innocence of anyone.
Speaking directly of PYR, I think we should wait until, the courts prove innocence or guilt I don't think you should be promoting that this is not something to be concerned about. The fact that the regulators in Quebec are making an action is a signal to investors. IMO
