Perhaps experience outside of the Pascali family would be appropriate under the circumstances.


Apart from close to 50% of ALL shares there are huge blocks of % that are pro - Peter so losing control regardless is of no concern as Alex will be the next CEO.  AND newsflash Mellon is divesting PLUS Peter has lots of options and warrants on deck.
