I'd chill a bit. These guys are all buddies. There will be no takeout, it's just an interest rate shakeout. Given the thrashing you have taken across the board on REIT's, how can you be surprised that this one is not taking a beating as well? Unlike office space (SOT), these ones are quite solid. But they may need to make some capital allocation strategy adjustments to get used to a higher-for-longer interest rate world.
