I guess you could look at it that way but in all reality the only thing needed to see $1 USD is for the majority of those currently holding shares to set their targets north of $1 USD (Apx $1.37 Canadian).

The stock has margin players on it and they are literally under contract to purchase shares (regardless of price) so if everyone remains patient and sets higher targets the "contract buyers" will give us the $1.00 USD (plus) price.
