I dont get it

I dont get itCooper/DAM and probably artis/Sandpiper are bearish on office. Sell off assets, continue with the NCIB, sell DIR, do a SIB.  Then find a buyer for $25+ for the small float remaining.   Move on to greener pasturers.  GROUP mache would gladly take this
