There seems to be a Pattern Here with "reorganization"

There seems to be a Pattern Here with "reorganization"As subsidaries trade below NAV Brookfield "reorganizes", buying up the commons of the subsidaries (at a discount) and the Prefers either bought out at Par ($25) or rolled over.   

All just my opinion/view/thinking/noticing
