RE:outi actually bt this back at under half what i sld for---just  for the longshot silo deal making it-it could work if they have the  retreat deal on oregon goes thru-and i suspect with this new 43mill$$ deal they have it done!!!--this one makes out better than the deal silo shareholders get in the new company  and is the only way to get in the deal with silo closed
