RE:Imagine dropping an investor day presentationI think Dream Office needs its own Strategic Review at this point. We should be open to selling Toronto assets if we can get fair prices for them and not merely trying to sell largely unwanted Western Canada assets. Market is pricing something like $300/foot for Toronto real estate at this point. Selling assets for $400/foot (after all costs) would deleverage the balance sheet and would according to the public market be creating value.
