Electra Battery Materials Corporation is a Canada-based processor of low-carbon, ethically sourced battery materials. The Company is focused on building a supply of cobalt, nickel and recycled battery materials. It is engaged in the business of battery materials refining, including refining material from mining operations and from the recycling of battery scrap and end of life batteries. It owns two main assets: the refinery located in Ontario, Canada and the Iron Creek cobalt-copper project located in Idaho, United States. Its projects include Ontario Refinery, Recycling, Becancour, North American Nickel and Iron Creek. It is in the process of constructing its expanded hydrometallurgical cobalt refinery, assessing the various optimizations and modular growth scenarios for a recycled battery material (known as black mass) program, and exploring and developing its mineral properties. The Iron Creek Project consists of mining patents and exploration claims over an area of 3,300 hectares.

RE:RE:RE:RE:buy out at $3Yes, WernHerr. Did they tell you something in your meeting that they are unwilling to tell the rest of us in public? I doubt it. The only thing you said from your meeting is that you were impressed because they had a humble office instead of some elaborate setup. Well, no kidding. They don't have any money. Did they serve you instant coffee as well? From where the rest of us sit, the refinery is at least two years behind schedule and $80M over budget, there is no clear path to funding, suddenly there is no hurry to open it because orders won't be coming in until 2025 (which was never in the original messaging), the share price is at six cents pre-split, and all guidance has been removed. Anything you want to add to that or are you just going to sit there acting like you know something the rest of us don't?
