wow spin doctor working OT now. So a breach of fiduciary dudty and conflict of interest is not fraud? (allegelly ) THEN what do you call it? The 'My bad'  too bad you lost your money on pyr stock?

Frist seeking alpha. Now Gobal mail? HPQ needs to run far away from PYR but that would be hard to do since they own so much of HPQ....
