RE:Here's a thoughtI am hopeful about your sentiment. But these are the facts that I'm working with:

- RDW said they're in the middle of a raise for up to $5 million 
- They ended up raising $400k 

Everything and anything in between is just speculation. But I am hoping that the result of the 400k raise is a function of not wanting to dilute shares prior to BTD.
