Pre-arranged trade if it happened. Not sure if they can orchestrate that on the open market though. Usually in dark pool. Having said that, my brokerage shows the trade went through at 4 pm so I am guessing it was pre-arranged. Possibly to a group they are dealing with? I have no idea. If it were on the open market (other than at 4 pm) the price would have moved rather substantially.
