Looking to buy back in

Looking to buy back inBack in late Feb 2022, l posted l was selling NXR as l felt at that time their many accretive aquisitions according to them , did not result in A distribution increase. I got out at $12.33 plus the Feb distr, and regretted that move when the stock went to $13 or more.In hindsight it was a lucky move and l have avoided REITs for well over a year . But now , with the price under $8 and my thinking that eventually , sooner than later that the economy destroying Fed and the BOC will eventually come to their senses , even if they are just overpaid , don't give a darn government workers with juicy pensions. On Monday l intend taking a half position and will collect the Distribution until l see some action , positive not negative by our incompetents in power , then l will buy the other half , and perhaps a fair bit more. I owned NXR when it was on the Venture and it was a big winner for me and l believe another round of that is coming again.
