Laurion Mineral Exploration Inc. is a Canada-based mid-stage junior exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of Canadian gold and base metal mineral resource properties. It is focused primarily on its wholly owned 57.43 square kilometers (km2) (14,191 acres) flagship brownfield, Ishkoday Gold and Polymetallic Project, located 220 kilometers (km) North-East of Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. Its Ishkoday is situated in the Onaman-Tashota Greenstone Camp in the Irwin, Walters, Elmhirst and Pifher Townships located 25 km northeast of the Town of Beardmore, Ontario and 220 km northeast of Thunder Bay, Ontario. It holds a 100% interest in Brenbar, which consists of two mining leases covering 255 hectares contiguous and to the west of Ishkoday. RE:RE:Key Dates + KoolaidOne other point Smitty-I am not sure how much they have to spend on drilling by end of year, but I am sure it will not be $1 million.

I think that all the amounts that they have been spending on exploration outside of any drilling should also be qualifying CEE that would cover that liabiility (salaries to geology staff, fees to outside consultants, etc.).

If that does not cover it, I don't see how the drilling issue is significant to our real concern re the BO-the whole drilling issue to me is a red herring. It would only be important if it impacted the timing of the BO, and I don't think it will, or else they would have arranged to get it done a lot earlier. It seems to me that ever since the had the fly over survey, it really lost ist significance.
