DIVIDEND CUT discussionShould be off the table. They funded a 200m SIB and they have 160m in DIR liquidity if needed, even if they need to repay the credit facility Im sure they can leverage back up a bit.  Both of these factors dont make sense and would demonstrate short-term thinking.  Unless rates go much higher or theres something new that happens with the office, like more tennants defaulting
