ARTIS AND NWH "STRATEGIC REVIEW" CANDIDATESWhats crazy about this situation, is that  a failed strategic review the unit price will collapse 20% in a couple days.  Dont believe me. Watch.

However, the alternative is a ~35-40% premium buyout to trading price.   

Definitely the biggest speculative trades in the REIT sector in ages.

Cominar was $8ish and got $11.75 buyout.   Thats what a buyer needs to pay to mop up the entire float, which is still likely a average weighted cap rate around 7%.
