Get a grip and remember these are long-term investments. Valuations are incredible! Cap rates far above the risk free rate, which is now incredibly 4.5% (assuming you use 10Y as your risk free rate).

Not sure why you bother to read his insufferable whinning.

I modestly bought more Allied and Dream Office today.
