RE:RE:Shareholders Are Being Scammed!

RE:RE:Shareholders Are Being Scammed!
My order was only for 81,000 shares. But thanks for that information. My last e-mail from the exchange suggests that dark pool trading platforms may be being used to sell or purchase our shares.

Other folks have since purchased more shares today. I suspect that Hedge funds or some other institutional investment firms may be involved in some of the buying or selling in order to manipulate the price!

Here is the e-mail that I received from the exchange!

"...Thank you for your email. It's possible that your broker placed the order on an ATS, so the volume wouldn't be shown on the exchange as it traded on a different platform. Please check with your broker to confirm.."

When I contacted the broker, they told me that they had used some ALE. Is that an alternative trading platform? Perhaps, that is so!

This should bode well for Abcourt's share price later! These hedge funds will eventually drive the share price up sharply at a later date, when they have acquired a sufficient number of shares!

Or maybe they just represent some third party like a miner, who may later, offer a takeover bid?

I am trying to buy as many shares as I can!  But I don't like being, legally swindled, by bigger and more knowledgeable players!

ATL trading platforms are notorious for their lack of transparency so that hedge funds can rip off,  public traders like us!

"...Institutional investors may use an ATS to find counterparties for transactions, instead of trading large blocks of shares on national stock exchanges. These actions may be designed to conceal trading from public view since ATS transactions do not appear on national exchange order books. The benefit of using an ATS to execute such orders is that it reduces the domino effect that large trades might have on the price of an equity..

Dark Pools

A hedge fund interested in building a large position in an equity may use an ATS to prevent other investors from buying in advance. ATS used for these purposes may be referred to as dark pools.

Dark pools entail trading on ATS by institutional orders executed on private exchanges. Information about these transactions is mostly unavailable to the public, which is why they are called "dark." The bulk of dark pool liquidity is created by block trades facilitated away from the central stock market exchanges and conducted by institutional investors (primarily investment banks).
Although they are legal, dark pools operate with little transparency. As a result, dark pools, along with high-frequency trading (HFT), are oft-criticized by those in the finance industry; some traders believe that these elements convey an unfair advantage to certain players in the stock market..."

I don't know what may really be going on here with Abcourt. But it makes no sense that the company is trading so cheaply when it now represents so much incredible value! The price must be being manipulated!

I am holding very tight to these shares! It's so obvious that Abcourt is about to go into full scale production. Management believes that they will easily add thousands of high value gold ore to the more defined resources at the Sleepy Giant mine.

It is not the Hedge funds that are sleeping now that our mine is about to become, fully awake!

They may want to shake loose a few more shares, but they won't get mine!

People are afraid to buy because the price is so cheap! How crazy is that! LOL

This investment is going to make me a lot of money and anyone who also chooses to hold!

I have my million shares! So you had better get yours too!

But you had better buy soon! The cat is out of the bag!

                                               Due your own due dilligence!

I have done mine and have now shared it with you, so you don't have to! LOL

                                                        All the best! Java
