I bought HSE Prefers yielding 16%+ back in 2020.... So

I bought HSE Prefers yielding 16%+ back in 2020.... So I know how Crazy, Crazy can get.    It didn't make sense...... Why HSE Prefers yielding 16%+ while the market still valuing the Common Shares in the Billions????

If BPY commons were still trading on the open market, would they be trading at near ZERO????

I don't know, all I have to go by is BPY's financials..... There it says Equity is about $47 Billion.

All just my opinion/view/thinking
