RE:Would be nice if Manji gave a strategic review update An update should be due anyday from Artis given the debenture expired on Sept 18. Unlike Morguard today which issued 9.5% paper to redeem 4% paper, Artis didn't make such an announcement. Guessing they paid it off partly with cash and credit facility pending asset sale proceeds.
