The only thing that bothers me

The only thing that bothers me Is that if the strategic review cant arrange a "transaction" of scale, then Manji has lost ~3 months of not selling something. That higher interest expense is going to roll over the AFFO in the next 2 quarters, making it maybe <0.15, unit price will collapse to $5.00.  

He really needs to run the REIT as he would like theres no strategic review and deleverage fast, or account for the scenario where his plan A does not work out.

Theres aboslutely no room for it to flop.  NONE.  Market will detest his leadership even more.

He has put himself in his final corner and needs to go BIG. BIGGER than we thought possible!
