ANOTHER THEORYThey could want to clean up their balance sheet to 45% debt to gbv by selling brasil/US. then a buyer could buyout the entire reit because it's in better shape and mitigates the risk of doing it right now.  So sell 1b and it's a lot leaner to buyout at 9isj
