WHY I'M NOT SELLINGFairly valued at 6.00 and likely cheap at 5.00. Big strategic review sales can significantly improve balance sheet and VALIDATE NAV and demand for their assets. If this Happens it'll pop. If it doesn't got to sit tight and rely on the interest rate cycle.
