RE:RE:RE:RE:Read between the linesThe dividend cut is good and the market should applaud it..saving 100m annually.  The issue is they justified it by suggesting affo will be down 0.16 to 0.20 in 2024.  Not really good to throw out such bearish projections like that. I never seen a reit advertise their affo decline in they fashion.
