Distribution rate of 0.36

Distribution rate of 0.36With affo ^0.55 the dividend cut would make the stock go up. It's now retaining good cash flow.  However if they cut it just so affo barely covers its not good.  Will need to be a show me story the next few quarters to gain more insight
