RE:I set my expectations super lowI am going to buy 100k b/w 4- 4.5 cheaper to buy this for me than hassle of investing in RE.

I got my 10 yr bonus( 1 month salary  bonus for each year of service)  last month for rural service in Thompson and the 425k can be put  to good use here  .
Waiting for that drop
