RE:RE:Seeking Alpha article on AX.UNAs I understand it the AX prefs are not really prefs comparable to others. The distributions are not dividends. The distributions are return of capital hence no tax credit. Furthermore, I don’t see much difference security wise between the pref and Unit as the article suggests.
