RE:RE:RE:SEC Filings for CatalystQuestion for you or someone who would actually know the legality of the answer. I just like to consider all worst case scenarios.

Let's say the drill results are really good, Could Catalyst legally take Frontera Energy private, then sell the company? Would that be advantageous to them and would it be legal?

In my short reading it doesn't seem like it would be legally possible as any judge would quickly see the corruption and also they would have to release the drill results publicly before any of that and that would raise the share price substantially.
