Osisko is getting a power line run all the way to windfall. Doesn't sound like any logistical issues to me. Plus as the stupisd one said Osisko has already ordered the long lead time items and were supposed to use it at the Bachelor lake upgrade. Again sounds like Osikoko has things under control. 

As for an experienced work crew, Bonterra laid off their experienced miners 3+ years ago. Not to mention all non-essential personnel over a year ago to save cash. My gut tels me these laid off workers are standing at Osiskos doors already appling for work. 

Just because it took Bonterra over 2 years and they still don't have permits for the mill doesn't mean it will be the same for Osisko. Afterall they are much better funded and appear to have their act together.
