Lavras versus Rupert resources

Lavras versus Rupert resources

I think a reasonable comparison before we start looking at the monsters deposits (Olympic dam etc) that are in Lavras current presentation.

Rupert resources is a relatively high grade open pit resource. I believe they recently finished a PEA with a 20 year mine life and 5200,000 ounces grading between 1.5-3.0 grams per ton. Rupert currently has a capitalization of over 600 million and has been as high as 1 billion.

It's early days that I believe that with the current 1,000,000 ounces that Lavras has in two current deposits, and the potential of the low grade discovery hole, the footprint of this new area could be significant in size. If the grading of the gold comes out consistent as it did in the discovery hole. And it's not unreasonable to anticipate that they could easily prove up more than 5 million ounces because the footprint have a strike of 2 to 3 km km and 200-300 m thick in a rock with 2.6. So the question then would become how wide is the deposit. Certainly they could be well north of 5 million ounces. I won't speculate to anything higher than that because the numbers get ridiculous very quickly… So let's just talk about a credible story for now… Let's see if the drill can lead us to believe something even more significant in the tens of millions or even 100 million. So let's not go there for now… Good luck, everybody. I have my position, and I feel very fortunate to have gotten into the stock at the time that I did.
