RE:If artis does not rebound by end of day
The answer is.........................likely no one! Why is it do you think when I specifically advised and warned you of this potential, you shrugged it off told me I was wrong and contiued pounding the table of how stupid everyone was and that you were smarter than the market. Now you post wildly everyday ad nauseam and blame everyone and everything for your short comings. Never ceases to amaze me. It is nice to see the reit sector getting a little bounce here and I hope it holds but something tells me we are going to at minimum see a test of the 200 day on the S&P which is very close to 4200. If this doesn't hold things could get interesting, that will be the time to step in. At least we got out some decent inflation numbers more or less today in the GDP report. I think that flipped us positive, lets see if she holds. Was going to write a piece the last day or so on where bonds are and what is influencing this move but it will just be too lengthy and likely to hear yourself spew some absoulte rubbish in response so will not bother. Not sure exactly what is causing Artis pressure today. First thoughts of course is review not going as planned but that really has no basis right now, likely someone getting out, which unless they had some insight would be questionable here. Bottoming in this sector will have its fits and starts but ultimately will need to see yeilds moving down. That will happen soon enough just have to bare through this a bit longer.
