RE:BPYP.PR.A rate is 6.25%. Current Share Price $18.73 For example, if the 5yr rate is 5% when the C's reset, the rate will be 10.18% !!!! compare that to BPYP.PR.A   6.25%.  

At C's current share price that would send the Reset yield to over 18%   !!!

Ya, if BPO is "pari passu" to BPY.... then I think either BPO Prefers are under priced, or BPY prefers are over priced......or both By a LOT.      

All just my opinion/view/thinking
