Yes, like most companies, CPG has debt. You can google leverage and find an expanation on how companies use leverage is to better the bottom line.
Specifically for 2024, CPG will be paying debt interest, paying down debt, and have greater than $1 billion in free cash flow. Not exactly a company with a huge debt overhang like you are implying. Expected net debt to funds flow for 2024 is 0.7x, sustainable by any math you choose to use.
I believe CPG is very investor friendly. You don't, which is totally fair, buy why don't you invest your time in a company which you believe is investor friendly?
