CVE targets 20% freshwater intensity improve by 2030

CVE targets 20% freshwater intensity improve by 2030https://www.cenovus.com/Sustainability/Environment/Water-stewardship

Targeting 20% improvement of Freshwater intensity in both Oilsands and Thermals by 2030.

Oilsands is currently reasonable so 20% does not move the needle much.
Thermals currently at 4.00, so the target is 3.20 barrels of freshwater per barrel of bitumen produced.  Still sucks even in next 7 years.

Wish AXE would immediately show actual results of some metrics obtained from Marwayne, especially freshwater usage ha; and not some marketing wording "expected" freshwater usage.
