RE:RE:What am I missing?> 285K boed
Where does that boe/d number come from?
Strathcona averaged 143,778 boe/d during Q2 and PIPE averaged 33,143 boe/d for a total of 176,921 boe/d. Combined production is growing at 8% per year. The wild fires curtailed PIPE production during Q2. As of today, combined production is probably very close to the 185K boe/d number that is listed in Strathcona's presentation. That should increase to 200K next year and 220K the year after that.
Cash flow for Q3 and Q4 will get investor's attention. The price of condensate that PIPE produces and the heavy oil that Strathcona produces are both up significantly since the Q2 numbers were reported.
PIPE has been trading based on fear and loathing since the vote last Wednesday. Anyone buying PIPE at $1.90 / share today will have no worries after the first combined quarterly results are released.
