The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Peter Schiff says gold will hit $10,000 and Donald Trump says the war would end in days if he was president. The market also expected an ADP report of 160,000 and got 89,000.

Fact is, it's all guessing. And Rick said he doesn't think it will hit 13-14%, but it could. Rates could also hit 2% before it hits 6%.
