Actually it's Crazier than my 16% Yield on HSE as back then

Actually it's Crazier than my 16% Yield on HSE as back thenrates near zero so it was looking to reset lower.   What we have here is Super CRAZY,  where reset rates will go through the roof..... Kind of explains why BANKS are redeeming 5yr reset prefers.  

All just my opinion/view/thinking
