Hey Flamingo,

Have you been adding to your position lately? This company has great assets and is way oversold. I have added a lot around the $1.60 level which based on current dividend is north of 15% return. Even if there is an econcomic downturn their hotels are economy to mid-tier brands that usually still do well when the economy slows. No worries here. 3 years from now we will be looking back wishing we sold the farm and bought more. GLTA Zoo
