Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Hey Reece, right as usual! I will push back a bit though on your last statement. I believe Artis is well worth more than $8.00, yes, even in this environment. I have long maintained if this reit would actually get taken out it would not be for less than $10.00, irregardless of where the current share price is at or the environment (with the caveat if things get substantially substantially worse) then of course not much of anything will sell for any amount. It is hard to be patient and that's just the way it is but we really need to get to the other side of this before it will be worthwhile and that will likely be nearer to the end of next year. Always hoping for better but expecting less.
