Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:RE:RE:Artis continues to sell and newly list office buildings All those points, particularly the NCIB in december is somewhat moot if he is even remotely successful in his strategic review outcome. Not sure I'll be happy with the shares being cancelled in the $5's in Dec/Jan, much the same old and long game.  

Also his optimism does not mean much to me, he was optimistically buying FCR/D and  NCIB shares 40% higher.  I will make a subsequent post about this later be he needs to come clean with investors if he is playing the long  game, or short game
