RE:Lashing OutEveryone is free to invest in any public company that they want, period.

We live in a Capreit owned building. They bought the building that we live in about 8 or so years ago. They treat their tenants horribly.

I am not so naive as to think that this post on a stock forum will have any real effect. However, investors in this company should at least know that they have invested in a company that has disgusting business practices. If investors are ok with that, so be it.

Capreit could care less about tenants and their needs.

Just google "Capreit negligence" and have a look.
