1. Oct 26 deadline for Osmose Ltd. to invest 10M Euros into the Piskanja project for 20% ownership.
IMO, suspect this is Osmose's entry point, as they are responsible for Part 2 payment when document is submitted to Mining Ministry.

2. Nov 3 deadline to resubmit assignment request by independant review committee - Part 1 Elaborate is due Nov 3/23.
