RE:RE:RE:RE:what happen to meWhich brings us back to the main point that we are all focused on.
What the hell is going on?
No news from the company.
No way to get any answers truthful or otherwise from the company.
Any feedback shared here that supposedly comes from the company is vague and pretty much useless. (ie. Stockprobe - 'Things are happening' - other than spouting nonsensicle chapter and verse from a 2000 year old book, tell us WHAT is happening (as if there actually is anything))
We are in a total information vacuum.
This company should change its name.
I suggest 'Western Black Hole'.
A black hole is a region of spacetime where gravity is so strong that nothing, including light, information and other electromagnetic waves, has enough energy to escape it.
Because nothing can get out of black holes, physicists (and investors) struggle understanding these objects.
So money goes in but nothing, especially information, comes out.
To suggest that a new private placement is a sign that this company is alive and well is a bit naive.
It also suggests that whomever is pumping in cash at this point must be being fed some kind of 'story' that everyone else isn't.
Lets be honest, who amongst those that have been following this gong show for any length of time would be crazy enough to just dump in a load of bucks to a halted company without some clear and provable idea of where it is going, when it will be trading again, what is the path and timeline to production, revenue and maybe even profitability? What is the status with the Commercial Pilot Plant? The move to Nevada? The proposed new R&D facility?
Anything?
So what are the placees being told?
And why isn't that public knowledge for a supposedly public company?
Maybe because a load of BS isn't technically 'material information'.
Nice regulatory loophole.
Another reason why, in the past at least, people were told to 'call the company'.
You can be told anything on the phone which doesn't have to be approved by the stock exchange and there is no evidence down the road to be liable for.
Pretty shady.
Want to come out of the shade?
Full disclosure.
Before asking for anyone for a cash injection, spill the beans, publicly and with full vetting by the regulators.
For anyone involved in the PP, how about telling the group why you bought in, what were you told?
There is just no way anyone would part with a sizable chunk of funds without being painted some rosey picture.
Maybe they showed you the 'Metalushun' video?
