Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

NO NCIB on preferreds filed...yet

Usually its done Monday, but has come later in the week sometimes. I would to see nothing filed ....may mean some outcome from the review is imminent.

This is bar-none the most exciting time for REITS if you own AX and NWH. The prospect of a liquidation event in this hostile reit environment can make for some padded gains in timely capital recycling.

Riocan under $18 and HR under $10 is very nice price.
