Article Sept 2023 - SAFER Banking Act Moves to SenateThe House of Representatives has already passed the bill.  It's moving onto the Senate now.

From what I can tell the House of Representatives can burn to the ground and be swallowed up by a great flood and it makes no difference to the SAFER banking ACT.
