Cash is always a problem with poorly mnaged companies. Where did all PP proceeds go? The answer is in the financials. When was the last quarterly/year-end report files in SEDAR and SEC??

Still sitting in the bushes. Investing in RGUS talk ne a very valueable lesson. Thank you stockprobe.
