FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd. provides solutions for the aviation industry. The Company's aircraft certified hardware products include Automated Flight Information Reporting System (AFIRS), AFIRS Edge, Tropospheric Airborne Meteorological Data Reporting (TAMDAR) and FLYHT-WVSS-II. Q3 results expected, anticipating sales initiative updates

Q3 results expected, anticipating sales initiative updatesWe should be seeing a news release soon about the Q3 2023 financial reporting.

November 8th might be too early, with the 15th more likely.

Reporting has been about a week later than what we are used to since the acquisition of CrossConsense.

Off the cuff, these are the sales initiatives I am interested in hearing about...

Roland Berger - news release dated September 28, 2023, with FLYHT subsidiary CrossConsense contracted to "manage an aircraft data migration project for one of its airline clients, a large flag carrier in Europe", what else is in the offing with this "leading management consultancy with a deep European heritage and strong international footprint"?

The Edge - FLYHT needs the full STCs to really commence sales, to be able to deliver and install product. Flair Airlines did order the product, though, as announced in June. And the news releases about U.K. Met and NOAA state that the Edge and Certus SatCOM (Iridium) will be provided with the WVSS-II sensor.

WVSS-II sensor - purchased by U.K. Met and NOAA, progress in delivery and commencement of related SaaS services; progress with Canada and three other significant meteorological offices expected to buy in. (Canada may have the Tamdar sensor now.) Per slide 6 in the recent investor presentation, $750 million over 20 years at 20% market share (optimistically thought to be higher than this by interim CEO KJ).

-- What is the current backlog, and what is the sales pipeline estimated to be? What are clients and potential customers asking for?

-- Teledyne WQAR upgrades, to FLYHT's 5G replacement offering.

-- MBS collaboration, using the Edge for 5G data uploading.

-- SITA partnership, did FLYHT get any benefit from having partnered?

-- Frontier Airlines contract, progress report.

-- Comac, OEM installations on the C919 and the ARJ21.

-- WestJet, which is in the process of taking AFIRS SatCOM fleet-wide, are they interested in the Edge? And what of their acquisitions Swoop and Sunwing - one would expect that both will also receive AFIRS SatCOM also. And Swoop has already been working with FLYHT on an initiative involving APUs, will this also spread through WestJet fleet-wide?
