Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Thanks Este. So one might well conclude that they essentially would be comfortable just holding the position all things being equal with a potential upside should something larger scale pan out with regards to the review. Which truly is exactly where you should want to be anyways. My lingering concern would be is if some of these larger positions potentially getting unwound in the event of a non-starter with regards to the review outcome. As just noted in my prior post hardly a sound investment thesis to purchase soley on the possibility of a take out. At this scale, one would think those involved however might just be in the know, or as previously stated quite comfortable with the value going forward.
