Interesting time for reits

Interesting time for reits

So many cheap reits......

all time record lows for many!

even lower them the big Covid panic seems overdone to me.

ofcourse a lot of them are also under strategic review.

ax.un.

nwh.un

ere.un

all under strategic review.

European, Residential REIT doesn't come up much small reit.

65% owned by Capreit ( Canada's largest residential reit )

mostly residential apartments in the Netherlands 98+ % rented out.
extrem shortage

all time low.   Not saying it will get bought out anytime soon, but being 65% owned by a cap reit and trading at all time lows.

( in apartments that are full and will still be full in the future )

higher levage but solid fundamentals

I own all 3 reits adding to positions this last week

Another office reit    Allied property reit

also.  Minto reit.   /  interrent reit  / North view reit

apartment reits   ( good value at current levels. )

Just throwing out ideas and other riets that may be aren't so know.  ( or smaller )

seems many people on here own reits.

Full disclosure, I own them all.
