Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical stage pharmaceutical company. Looks like no more cheap 25 cents pp's.Where is all this magic money coming from for these new hires?  With TLT's track record I wouldn't guarantee BTD pushing the share price to warrant exercising levels.  The only other source is a jv.  $300 million for 10%.  Still, you'll think they'll wait till the jv announcement is made before hiring.  GLTA.
